By using the Lamsa website or its cards and pages, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide NFC cards and stands, QR codes, the digital pages they open, and control panels to edit them.

2. Card content

Card owners are responsible for the accuracy of the details, photos, links and CVs they add, and for having the right to use them. Unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes others’ rights, is not allowed, and we may suspend any card that breaks this rule.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.

4. Orders and prices

Previews on the site are approximate. Price, specifications, final design and delivery time are confirmed with you before production.

5. Device compatibility

Taps work on NFC-enabled phones, where NFC may need to be turned on. A QR code is the alternative for phones without NFC.

6. Availability

We aim to keep pages available at all times, but interruptions can happen for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
