Privacy Policy
Lamsa provides NFC cards and products and the digital pages linked to them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
- Card owners’ details: what the owner adds, or we add at their request, such as name, job title, company, phone numbers, email, links, photos and CV. These details are visible to anyone who opens the card, which is its purpose.
- “Share your contact”: if you choose to share your details with a card owner, we store the name, phone, email and message you enter and show them only to that card owner (and their company manager if the card belongs to a company).
- Invitation RSVPs: name, phone, number of guests and message, visible to the host.
- Quote requests: when you tap “Open WhatsApp” or “Copy request”, we keep the design details and request number so we can follow up.
- Usage statistics: we count card opens and button taps, and website visits and where they came from. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising companies. We do not store IP addresses; visitors are told apart by a hashed value that changes every day.
2. Cookies and storage
We use a single cookie, only to keep you signed in to a control panel. The design page saves your choices on your own device, and a logo you add for the preview is not sent to us.
3. How we use information
- To run and display the cards and pages.
- To deliver details you share to the card owner or host.
- To answer and follow up on quote requests.
- To improve the service and protect it from misuse.
We do not sell or rent your information.
4. Service providers
The site is hosted with cloud providers (such as Railway and Cloudflare), and backups are kept with a cloud storage provider over encrypted connections. Their servers may be outside your country. They process data on our behalf only to run the service.
5. Retention
- Card details: for as long as the service runs; deleted when the card is deleted.
- Website visit statistics: up to 400 days.
- Backups: replaced automatically on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Contact us WhatsApp +97430666176 and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you shared your details with a card owner, you can also ask them to delete them.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and control panels are protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date below when we do.
